I review the third and final beta of Pinguy OS 13.10. Overall, this system is a fully-featured starting platform for anyone new to Linux, or those wanting to discover what Linux is capable of when decked out to its full potential. Excellent stuff, and while stability can be an issue, check out the 12.04 release as it offers much more stability at the expense of the latest Gnome 3.10.
